3. JD is good reference.
JD, a short word of “job description”, is the idiomatic expression at HR field. Generally, most big-scale and professional companies could post a job ads in details including position title, location, department, report and support to, responsibilities/duties, requirements/skills and due time of onboard.
For the people who poor in expression and don’t know how to describe your work experience, responsibilities, capability and character, so you can “borrow” some useful words and sentences from JD. In addition, you can use the expression from JD when on your interview also. Maybe the HR could feel you are very qualified for their opening because you are the best one what they hope for.
