Challenge No. 2: Thirty minutes’ yoga

Let’s set the scene. You have a blister on the bottom of your both feet. And you have two options for exercise: one, thirty minutes jogging on the treadmill; two, thirty minutes Yoga on the soft yoga mat. I guess 99% percent of people would choose the first one----obviously, it’s less painful.

However, I belong to the rest 1% percent.

I am a regular runner but certainly not a sports type. In fact, I doubt that I dislike all kinds of sports at heart. Running is an exception is just because I like it’s extra bonus: listening to the music and audio books during the process; and the relief of feeling healthier afterwards.

Y2020 is time for change. Despite all the talking that New Year Resolution is made to break, the thing is, once I made one, I would try my best. I am sore of OCD, so bite me.

Here comes my Number 2 challenge: thirty minutes yoga. It’s a regular one, a long time project because I decide to do it at least three times a week.

My philosophy now is pretty simple---any day I am making a small change is a good day in my book, even it’s just as simple as a thirty minutes’ yoga.

So for me it’s a good day. BTW, what’s the fucking side effect of getting blisters easily? I got two on my feet and one on my hand. Even so, besides yoga I still manage thirty minutes walking on the treadmill.

Pain is good sometimes, which means you are still live, and you are still fighting.

When I am on the way of running, I do not listen to music, instead, I can hear of my breath and sense heatbeat, I'd like that very much. Blisters heppen in the process when we work out. I used to get some as I firstly started to run. Now it is okay for me and not that easy to have blisters on feet

Live at present and to be gretefull to be alive. I always say that to myself and let it remind of the happines of being in this world. Keep your goals, move.
