How to get along with the colleagues?

I don't know how long that I haven't open this website, I'm so busy in the past two years, depend more time on my work, always overwork.I think via my hard work, I can get more things that I thirst for, but at last, I quit the job, due to I feel so tired , not only my body, but also my spirit.
After some days rest, I came to this company, all the things are ok for me except the colleagues . I don't know how to get along with them, I try my best to close them, I know that they like the delicious food, so I invite them to eat the food, fruit,unfortunately, it's no any effect.
They always watch Movie, have the dinner and shopping together, I don't care this, what's made be feel bad is that they always whisper to each other.
I think I need to stop at flattering them. Who cares, I came here for work not for friends.

- As a new comer , your colleagues are not familiar with you, this is quite normal thing. In my opinion, a pleasant atmosphere is crucial for achieving a positive result. As long as you girls know each other well enough, it's will be ok.

- Office gossips are common and very irritating, especially to new comers. There is no way to stop it as it is a weapon to defeat those who don't associate with them or support them. You would have to face this problem or try to ignore it. Perhaps, the gossip is not about you, so you don't have to be too concerned. Even if it is about you, you can still choose to ignore them. As you said, you are there to work, not to socialize. You get the praise from the management by hard work and you get the smiles of colleagues by patronizing them. It is hard to please everyone, so the advice is just concentrate on your work and at the same time, try to be nice to everyone wherever possible.
