Our group had established a canteen committee in two years ago, since the administrative manager leaved on 2011.5, the canteen committee stoped almost one year.now I am a new administrative manager,this is my task, need I restart it by the end of this month.

Frankly, I don't like to do it,because I am in charge of the canteen, I restart the institution to monitor the canteen operation, I thought it is so funny.but I had to do it, the only reason I make it is my boss need I do.
