I am seeing many people who are absolutely miserable in their current state. Stress and fear of the unknown can cause many to miss their blessings and opportunities. 9 out of 10 people would rather die than change. Challenge yourself to step out of your own comfort zone. Many things I have been terrified of doing, I accomplished so that I was not shackled down by the chains of fear. Fear is a great motivator. You want a better job then go after it. If you are not happy then fake it until you are. Perseverance is key. "You can fail doing what you don't want to do, so you might as well take a chance and do what you love.
