how to get along well with a woman

I found it is getting more and more difficult for me to get along well with my wife. All of this began with a qurrel betwe me and my wife. I think a qurrel is a better way to let you know what other people thoght than keep silent. Unfortunately, it seemed that my wife don't think so. There is no a word communication with me for more than one months. She just keep silent with no angry and a word. What should I do to change the states.
I don't think all of that due to my mistake. May be it because our different concept on the roles of man and woman in a family. She ask for more even if I have support most part of the family. And she don't want to get along well with my parents. and so on. I don't have enough money compare with her friend's husband. To be honest I don't know what is the real reason because her slient.
I try to start to talk with her and change our relationship . But it's fail.
What should we do . Who can give me some suggestion.

Both of you all spent time to looking for your own problems,then communication with eacher other.
You can change a place (coffe room) to talking,do not stay at your home,Change the environment would be good for helping your talking.
