I watched a documentary last week which write two chinese travelling from north America to south america.
The first station is the alaska. We know the place by book or TV which people huntting whale ,travelling by dogsleg, lived in snowhouse. But all the things changed now.
The people of the land can get enough money to live, and so do there children. All of that due to the oil development . All the aborigines of the land get a part of stoke of the oil company. with the stoke and the share they haven't to work to support there lives. most of the work of the field was done by foreigners. Most time they stay at home eating and waching TV. They even seldom go outside because the cold weather. Even the food can be bought by telephone.
The life was admire by most of us. But are they really happy? I don't think so . All their life was eating ,watching TV, getting along with their family and friends, and so on. No pain, no pressure . Their life is humdrum than most of us. We know the happiness of the sucess because our hard working; We know the delicious of food because we know the feeling of hungry; We know the happiness of learning becaus we have to study to afford work. and so on. We have more happiness ,although we have more pain.
What do you think about that?
