What can I do for my little brother

My little brother who was born in 1986 and graduated from a famous university. He have been working is HUAWEI corporation for five years and have a good salary. But he have to spend most of his time on his work and don't have many sparetime activites. He is nevious and short-spoken now. The big problem is that he hasn't have a girlfriend till now. All of my families are worring about that. It will be more and more difficult to get the suitable girl in the same age.
He is under a big pressure too, not only the difficult to find a girlfriend but also the pressure from other people. He choice to hide himself to resistance all the pressure. He don't want to talk about anything about a girlfriend to anyone, don't go our hometown even in the spring festival. He don't talk to me about a girl although we always talk about our works. He refuse to blind date and friends introduced girl and always hang up phone from us. So no one knows what he thought , what he want and what we can do for him. We also worring his health both in body and mental under so big pressure.
I want to help him but don' t know what to do . Or I will just let him go.
Would you give me any suggestion about that? Thanks a lot.

- Why not just follow his choice.
Most of us till now still face many of those outdated traditional customs.
Your brother has his own mind of his life. We just cannot bother too much. To find a suitable girl is not that easy, we have to be patient. The relationship is not that easy to build which needs the mutual understanding and support. If we just meet a boy or a girl casually, we risk huge pressure to ask for an uncertainty.
If he really wants to meet a girl, that is his business. Only can you do is to encourage and inspire him, you can not make his life, that is because he is the only one who is doomed to walk through all his life.
Let him go. In doing so, he may be open to talk with family and feel that he is treated respectfully. Then you have more chances to communicate with him and feel okay about what he thinks of his future.

- Thanks for your suggestion. It seemed that you are right. Maybe we will give him more time and more freedom than pressure, although we still worry about his shy and hidden will miss some chance. OK, Let him go. Hope he will get his miss right as soon as possible. Thanks your help again.

- He should be brave enough to find a girlfriend, and I think it is not a difficult thing if he have a try. Nowadays, it is not a big deal to get married late, some of my college classmates are still single, and was born in 1986 also.

- I don't think it's a problem if he trying to get a girlfriend. Unfortunately, It seemed that he always hide himself in his world. That's the biggest factor why I worried about him.

- He must be open minded and active, you can try to talk to him about this , to let him know to make girlfriend and get married is the normal step for all people. Do not wait too long.
