Should we will regret for something

Are you always regret for something? I always heard some regret such as: If I bought a house 5 years ago, I won't pay so much money to have a house; If I work hard when I still a middle school students, I will entrance a better university and have a better job; If I took care my family before, we will have a better relationship; and so on. And then, everything is the same besides the regret. There won't be a chance for you to do the thing again and the choice will be not too much different if a chance is provide. You'll be worried, lazy,and prefer easy ways in the same situation and make the same decision as the first time.
So, I hate the word "regret" and I don't want to do something again. I alway do everything and decision follow my mind. I also receive many suggestions and I will follow the suggestions sometimes becuase I think it's right in the time. I always ask myself that If I will make a different decision if the chance will be provided again, and the answer is "no" . Life and time is running and won't repeat , although not each step is good. Even the failure and sadness is a part of life and great experience of life. So, don' t regret about something.
We don't have the chance to do something again, but we can do the next thing better with the former experients. Work hard for our current life and make a better decision for next thing will be better than regret. And we havn't to regret for the current life in the future. The past life have been passed and we still own the future.

- Life is too short and we donot have much time for regreting the past , just cherish the current moment and try hard enough for ourselves.
