I don't know from when i began going to bed later and later.. i ususally don't go to bed until 12 o'clock in the weekdays, and 1 o'clock at weekends now. Sometimes even later... I know this is a bad habit, but kind of can't get out of it.. Even ridiculous, even if I have nothing to do in the evening, I still can't go to bed early.. It has become a prblem for me now...
I get up at 6 in the morning from Monday to Friday, and at weekends I may spend all morning sleeping. I begin to consider about me health now...
I hope no one here would be like me.. We all should have a good and healthy schedule. Sleeping too late, and lacking of relax are not that good.. Someday maybe I would get punished because of my bad habits.
