How to hold a Successful English Corner ?

Haven't written any articles here for long time .
Time flies ! I 've been here for about 2 years . Now I have graduated and working as a overseas sales representative in a big home furniture company . But will never be a student any more . Today is Thanksgiving Day . Thank you , Dio English . Thank you all my friends here . Thank you for all .
So far so good . Everything runs well and I enjoy my work . I work in the Overseas Sales Department . Recently , we will hold an English Corner every Sunday afternoon , and everyone in my department should join it . Could you ask you , my dear friends here , to do me a favor ? Do you have any good ideas for how to hold a successful English Corner , which everyone can enjoy it and enjoy it ? The main purpose for the activity is to make any one of us can speak English fluently and do more practice . As this is held in the company , but not at school , I think there may be some difference between the both .
Last week , we tried a new method to make atmosphere to be good , and it did work . We just held the English Corner like some entertainment games on the TV shows . Just dividing people into two groups and make a competition . ---- ( Guess the right words in prescribed time by the tips or expressions the other people shows . ) Which groups guess the most words in less time , then who wins the game . This was a successful try to make the English Corner interesting .
But the styles for everyone who helds the English Corner should be different from one to another . So far , I don't have any ideas for how to make everyone can enjoy my forms . Do you have any good ideas ? If yes , please write down your opinions . Thank you every much .

- English corner is good for those extroverts, but your work, I guess, is to push everyone in your team to take advantage of this activity. so it would be better you set up a certain scenario or topic in advance so that everyone has to take a role. If possible, announce the scenario one or two day earlier so that you team members can get prepared.
