Refuse is the most common thing that we always encounter. Whenever a choose come out, "yes or no", at the same time turn to "accept or refuse". Acception of nice increase our satisfaction, to refuse dislike could release from suffering. In this condition, everyone want to refuse but not to be refused. How to keep dynamic balance between acception and refuse is a question at this time.
Our emotion is like a cup of certain volume, acception of nice add 2, to refuse dislike add 1, to be accept of dislike subtract 1, to be rufuse subtract 2. Cup can't be empty or full. So balance is really important. In my opinion, don't accept or refuse too much, against some condition that you couldn't bear.
