After a stay-up last night, I successfully finished my presentation of the literature class this morning. Many of my classmates gave wonderful presentation and I learned a lot from their performance.

     My presentation is on the plot analysis of Amy Tan’s novel The Joy Luck Club which is really a good one. Amy Tan is a Chinese American, thus in her novel there are violent cultural conflicts. In this novel we can see the conflicts in the relationship of for Chinese mothers and their Chinese American daughter respectively as well as the conflicts in four daughters’ marriage due to cultural differences. In addition, the novel also introduces the miserable experience of the Chinese mothers before they immigrate to America. All of those miserable life help daughters get through their troubles. i think that maybe the power of misery which can get rid of the fear to anniversaries. So recommend this novel to you as well as the movies of the same title.
