Christmas Day
Today is Christmas Day.In western, during the Christmas friends get together and go from house to house singing Christmas songs.They do it for fun and to bring the spirit of Christmas to the people in each house.Children put stockings at the end of their beds before they go to sleep.
It's said that Father Christmas is a very kind-heared man .He wanted to give money to the poor ,but he was a very shy person ans did not want them to know that the money come from him.So he climbed to the top of a house and dropped some money down a chimney.Lucky ,it went into a stocking that a little girl had hung by the fireplace to dry.Even though Father Christmas is no longer living ,his spirit of generosity lives on today.
