A farewell to my first job.

Tomorrow i’ll leave here,
The place i stayed in for almost eight months.
Looking around,
All the things go normally as usual.
But tomorrow, I’ll take a farewell to all of these.
The colleagues i made friends with,
The cleaning aunty, the delivery courier and guardsman I gradually acquaint with.
Even the desk and plants in the office.
Asking myself,
Where the inner sadness and depression come from?
Reluctantly saying goodbye to yesterday,
For all the happiness fills in the past memories
Curiously the upset moments cannot be found.
Finally I got it
Only the good things could stay longer and longer
Thus
Let the left be left,
Very quietly I take my leave,
As quietly as I come here.
For the uncertain future days,
No one knows what it would be like.
And tomorrow,
I am about to leave .

- You don't have to be sad about leaving. You must have thought it over before making the final decision to leave. Leaving a job does not need very strong reasons. When things don't work, we have no choice but to move on to something else. Certainly in any placed where we worked for sometime, we would have some fond memories of people and things there. Bring these happy memories with you. You would be going on to a new job soon, so put all your attention on the future. Don't look back now, but come back for a visit when you are settled elsewhere.
I remember feeling lost and sad when I left my major job before, but looking back now, I think I have made the right decision because, sooner or later I would have to leave because there were serious problems there. I went back for a visit some time ago. Some of the staff was still there holding an ordinary and uncertain job. They wanted to leave but could not due to financial constraints.
Anyway, be happy that you are moving on and we stay with you as you adjust to a new life. Have confidence in yourself.

- Thank you my friend, your words are always helpful to me. I so appreciate it. Someone once told me don't leave job until you have learnt all of things about it. But as you said, sooner or later I would have to leave, such is the case for me now.

After eight months of working here, it seems that i did not acquire a certain professinal skill though, i believe i've leart something more valuable than that.
Whether it's a right or bad decision, I made it by myself and am ready to face my future days.
