I travelled a lot in the past couple of months. Some were initiated by me myself and others were arranged by my company. Do I like them all? I do. I seldom went out of town for business or pleasure, so, if ever I have chance to see different cities or countries, I am very happy.

This time, I got an opportunity to have small talks with some co-workers. A few of them are the icons when I started to work in this company. Back then, I was a totally new comer and I admired them a lot. Every time I saw them, I cannot help wondering when I would become one of those professionals or veterans, or question like, is it really that easy to let everything under the control?

As I have said, I haven’t been out of town for business for quite a long time, so I rarely saw these icons. It feels like, all of a sudden, I don’t need get down my knees to look up to them. I could handle myself better and have conversation with them more equally. That’s when I realize, after all these years, I grew up a lot. And I have a lot more to learn.

You should be the one who knows you best. Don’t just lie on the cozy bed and day dream the good things will happen on you. Figure out what you want and what you could do and take action, then everyday will be better than yesterday.
