Keeping smile,difficult but important

Thanks for my friends ,especially for my foreign friends for your tolerance to me and communicating with me. In fact ,the friendship are full of my heart and makes me happier and fulfilling.The friends bring me various  knowledge and widen my horizon,giving me many suggestion.In all the feeling,the deepest impression is the words that about smile.Ravishah says that he likes the smile on my face and I am moved by his words.In my class I suggested students the skills of teaching is the secondary thing and the first one is to keep smile facing with their students .Haiyan ,one of my friends and students sent me short message to express her own feeling of my words about smile.Yes,most people know it’s good to have smile on face,but also many say it’s also difficult.Actually,I agree with them and I have the same opinion.In our ordinary life ,the pressure of living ,the sadness the annoying things make us can’t smile even we know we should do that.The best beautiful smile is only that  when we really are happy,so it often attracts others and has the magic power of making the ugly prettier.However the reason above is not the excuse we won’t smile.John Richard said there is no point in being sad all the time.Yes,both Richard and his long-life mom are optimistic .Maybe this is why Richard achieved success and his mother has the longevity of 101 age.

   So everyone,please keep smile on  face in the real life.There is no real paradise on earth everyplace has the good side and not so good side as well said also by Richard.I think there is also no real hell,too.The paradise and the hell are only in you mind ,you are the boss.
