The course System Design I've mentioned before almost drove me crazy!
I don't know why I volunteered to be the project manager at that time. I also have no idea why I agreed some guys with little sense of responsibility to join in our group. As a result, I kept urging them to finish their job, only to find it meaningless. Some of them I appreciated most finished their jobs as quickly as possible so that they could do their own things later like playing games or studying. But some delayed the jobs to the deadline everytime. I've said before that the teacher ordered us to submit files every week so as to keep pace with the progress. As a project manager, I need to put what my members had done together and then write the file to the teacher. Now I have half an hour left but one of my members hasn't given me his part. OMG. I am keeping in touch with him now and I hope he can send me his result as soon as possible.
My god! I really wanna kill myself...

- don't be blue. next time you can be more prior to the deadline than the deadline which your teacher give you. i mean change the the deadline ,ahead of that day.

I told my members to give me their results yesterday so that I could write the file today, which I would have enough time. But the result is ...

I think if I were the PM in a company, I would fire such guys. But in the university I can't. All I can do is to keep urging them. Teacher won't be helpful for we are all university students not pupils. So it's really hard. Thank you for your advice anyway~

I sometimes felt very angry when I sent them messages to get them together, they didn't sent messages back and even didn't come. I had to go to their dorms to let them out... What a sadness...

I can demand them to do things but it seems that I am above them. But we are in the same level in fact and I'm not better than them. They just don't want to take the hot patato...

- there always exists some nuisance whose behaviors are beyond our imagination and beyond our endurence.just look down upon them and keep doing your tasks as a leader.you will be more experienced after this 'journey'.And it maybe helpful to think that you are doing the task just by yourself.Maybe you can do the job for that stupid classmate
