‘是啊，山姆是我的死党，我欠他很大的人情。同时，我正好想借机休息一下。你哥哥的生意怎么样？’他知道正事已经谈完了。
‘他已经从经销商转为生产商了。听了我的建议，他开始帮通用电机公司搞加工了，在我的家乡生产小型发电机。’她显然对此洋洋得意。

‘Are you single now, Jack?’ She suddenly asks such a subtle question.
‘No, I can’t bear lonesomeness. My girlfriend is with me here.’ He doesn’t want to conceal the truth.
‘May I see her some time?’ She feels a little uncomfortable.
‘Next time I’ll introduce her to you. I’d like to say bye if you have nothing else to ask me. I am afraid my girlfriend will be angry with me if I stay out too long.’ He feels so bored that he makes a pretext to go away.
