经济“二次探底”

文中的double dip就是指“二次探底”，也称为double dip recession（双谷衰退）。在经济衰退之后，如果出现持续性复苏，则称为V型反弹或者U型复苏；如果经济衰退出现反复，则被称为W型震荡，也就是double dip；但如果经济陷入困境，则被称为L型停滞。

上面几种复苏走势中，经济衰退出现最低点，则被称为“筑底”。这里的“底”也就是dip。dip通常指暂时的“减少、下降、衰退”，或者“凹陷处，低洼处”。

此外，double-dip还可以用来指“双份蛋卷冰淇淋”，或者“双重支薪（尤指政府雇员同时支领退伍军人薪饷者）”。
