卫兰（英文名：Janice M, Vidal，1982年4月13日—）香港女歌手。卫兰出道前曾以“Renee”名称参与各种不同音乐工作，包括和音、乐队等等。2000年曾以艺名“明乐蒂”参与全球华人新秀歌唱大赛。出道只有两年便撗扫各大音
乐颁奖典礼的大奖，并于多个颁奖礼成功打入最受欢迎女歌手头三甲，被外界与容祖儿和杨千嬅这些天后级女歌手相提并论，是香港乐坛近年冒起得最快的女歌手。卫兰是中韩菲混血儿，在2005年出道，获东亚唱片制作公司力捧。她原本为黎明做和音，继而被雷颂德发掘，成为歌手，因此有“黎明师妹”之称。其孪生胞妹卫诗（Jill）为同公司2006年度的女新人。
