Belabor The Point

To belabor the point is to talk about the thing after you have already talked about it enough. Example: "I know we've talked about this already, and I hate to belabor the point, but I still don't think you are understanding me."
When you said it already, then you take time to keep saying it in different words, you "belabor the point." Example: "We've already talked about this. You are belaboring the point."
You belabor the point when you spend too much time talking about that one thing.
