Expressing Your Anger

Expressing one's anger is showing that one is angry. Example: "I would like to express my anger about what happened last night."

One can either hold anger in or let it out by "expressing one's anger." Example: "It is important to express one's anger, not to hold it in."

You show other people that you are angry when you express your anger.
