Cash And Carry

Cash and carry is when you buy the item and then you leave the place and take it with you. Example: "Sorry, but there is nowhere to eat here. It is cash and carry."
You do not stop and spend time at a place which is cash and carry: You buy the thing and then you leave. Example: "There is no place to sit down and eat. It is cash and carry only."
Cash and carry means you pay for it and you take it with you.
