It's now so cold outside, I have to cancel walking round the lake after work. Even though the spring footsteps get close, the weather was always changed too much even from ten degree centigrade to zero within two days, it's so easy caused us get a cold if we don't care of ourselves. What's more, it will be last a whole week raining according to the latest forecast, it's so terrible to me, because, I must stop the outside activities that I already planned two weeks ago, which I made a promise to lose weight 2-3kg in the next months. Following the planned schedule, I should run the lake three or five circles in the evening, then do some aerobic exercise, meanwhile, I need to control my appetite to try eating less and try my best to change the bad habit of eating like a horse in the dinner time.

     I totally believe that the easiest thing was to put on weight, the hardest thing was to lose weight. I have the deeply experience that I have gained weight 5kg over short spring festival holiday, if not, I failed to wear the pair of trousers, which I am used to wearing it, I never thought I already became so plump that before. It actually shocked me a lot so that I made a big decision to lose weight no matter how difficult it is, I will keep on going
