It was really busy over the past week, I worked overtime two days for audit's material preparation. I had to say it was a tough experience to complete these materials in a short time that we didn't have before, frankly speaking, it was a fake process and I believed that all departments would do remedial matters before audit. Meanwhile, I also trusted everything will be returned to normal after audit, because, we hardly follow up audit's requirement completely. Due to some requirements were too general that different people may have different opinions on the same requirements, but passing the audit is the final goal so we had to finish some things on willing or unwilling, what's more, this audit was mandatory once a year and was the entry threshold to engage in this industry, in other words, if we wanted to continue in this industry, we must get this certification. Based on past experience, getting the certification was not a problem, the problem was whether the process of getting certification was smooth or not. But, we should also reflect on ourselves why there were lots of gaps between practical situation and theoretical norms and how would we do to shorten these variance in the next work. Actually, it may be a good wish, because too many facts have proved that it was going to be extremely difficult to make changes without big pressure from the outside world.......
