As the growth of age, my attention to new things seems decreasing gradually and feel that I am not very interested in something new than before. However, in the face of rapidly changing society, the lack of passion for life will be a very dangerous thing. Once, you stop continuously learning, you will soon be replaced by younger and more energetic guys, no one can guarantee how long you will stay in your current position with competitiveness. What's more, for most positions in the company, the older you get, the less cost-effective you are. Generally, if you are working in a foreign company or a joint venture when you are young, you may get well paid than guys who are working for in the government department,whereas once you get older and don't have a big break in your position,you will be less cost-effective from the point of view of human cost, as a result, you are more likely to be replaced by someone else.After all, the purpose of the enterprise is to profit, once you can not create more value, you are not far from the day of being abandoned. Compared with those who work in government agencies, there is no such worry, and even as they grow older, they may get better benefits,because their working environment is stable enough and also that's the reason why more and more people want to join the civil service.Therefore, the different choices you make when you are young will also determine your lifestyle and even the quality of life when you get old.
