My close friend went for inverview for a job at a education trainning department at last September. But she did not accept the job. She introduced her little brother to that education trainning department to sign with a contract for internet trainning, the trainning charges is about more than 12000RMB. Which the education department promised that they will introduce a job to her brother with the mininum salary 3000RMB. And her brother will start to pay the trainning charge when he was sucessfully introduced a job.
Base above, her brother was took to a bank to apply for the loan. Her brother was asked to sign the contract between him and the bank, which her brother did not even see the contract content. After that, they send the contract to my friend, it is mentioned that her brother need to start to pay the loan charge after the fourth month when they recieved the loan. But the money is actually took by the education training.
One more thing, Her brother found that other learners only were charged 4000RMB something, because the computer training center is seperate with that education training department. Even with 3 times higher tuition, her classes were atually same with other lower tuition charge, The internet software training, most of trainning classes come to as internet marketing.
Now the results is that the bank asked her brother to pay the loan which her broter did not even took the money.
At the initial, when she introduced her brother to that computer, I said that it was not used to apply for training class because her brother is not even little basic foundermental computer skills, but, Her little brother was finding a job at that time, with illiterate education background, her brother just can do some heavy labor job. As a sister, I was known that she want to help. But good heart not always brought with good result.
Now the bank contract is against with what her brother signed with the contract content with the education depatment.
I hope friends here can give some suggestion to my close friend, how to solve this problem.

- This is clearly a scam to cheat those eager job seekers. Those people are so evil. It is full of indications of tempting and cheating. On the surface, it appears to be training and job offer, but actually, it is to juice the money out people.
Just one look you already know that the so called training is worthless, they charge you as much as they using bank loans. Finally the job guarantee is not worthwhile. They give you 3000 for a unreal job. Who will sit and wait for this small salary because you can make more money anywhere.
Recently there is another similar scam which claims to train people for medical records entry. They make people pay thousands monthly for 2 years, then at the end they say jobs are not available and have to wait a long time. The training was useless as doctors don't recognize that training. In the end, they paid money for nothing.
How to solve this problem? Any contract which has cheating, dishonest or unfair element will make the contact invalid and the payee can request to cancel and get refund. You have sufficient proof that this is dishonesty. However, these cheaters will not make it easy for you to cancel or get your money back. Getting a lawyer or legal action is expensive. Clearly, you are not the only one who gets cheated. Other people are also cheated.
What you can do is to contact other people who have been cheated to form a group. If you have 5 or 6 people together, you can do take action together and they will listen to you. If you cannot find others to group with you, then you can take other small claim action. The bank will also be in trouble because they are conspiring with the education department to mislead job seekers.
That is why we should look carefully when we sign anything. Hope you can solve this problem soon.
