Back to my teenage time, I was obsessed with korean soap operas for a long while.
In those TV shows, actors were super hot and actresses were gorgeous. Also at that very time, I learned something called face-lifting and plastic surgery, and I'm totally fine with it.
Usually,it is a love story. In that, there is a poor sweet silly girl with a distinct personality. And there must have a rich tall handsome guy who is extremely arrogant outside but kind and considerate inside.
They fall in love soon after several times quarrel caused by misunderstanding. Though what between them is ture love, they can not be together easily. The rich guy's parents will try everthing to break them up even by putting this girl in miserable situation like hurting her poor parents or siblings. I cried myself pieces when I was watching this kind plot.
Most of these soap operas will give a happy ending letting them be together through a lot of painful torture. But some writers will let one of them get uncurable disease and lead to a tragic end.
As time goes by, I don't like them any more. Probably because I experienced more real life and realized ture love is not always turbulent. It can be as simple as water. It is insipid, but you can not live without it, and it exists everwhere if you let yourself feel it.
By the way, watching soap operas is really a waste of time. Let's stay away from them. LOL.

- I don't like Korean TV or films, due to hardly to understand unless to read the words by words, too tired.

- Glad to know that you understand drama and real life is quite different. I know some friends who are so obsessed with the plots that they believe that those things happen in real life.
Those Korean dramas are also show on our TV. I have to admit that the Koreans are quite good in producing those shows. I have seem that show described by you. The girls in these Korean shows are quite pretty and the men are handsome, but when you visit Korea, you don't see much of those good looks. Not sure if plastic surgery is so successful, but if it is, then it is quite amazing as they look really nice.
Taste of people general keeps changing. I would rather watch some comedies as makes me feel happy and forget all the troubles.

- At the first beginning I got interested in those dramas. Later, I found it there is no fun in almost dramas, not just Korean TV love series. While we have to admit that some of Korean movies are good, at least much better than our native movies.
Forget about those fancies. Be realistic. I just follow my to find something I like. At an appropriate time, I would choose to see good movies to have a rest.

- Watching the right movies or TV shows do relax me. Comedies are the best choice, without puting too much energy into them and I can laugh all along.
