When I coach some clients, they speak good English, at manager level, what they worry about is not the financial thing, it's job satisfaction.

They no longer have the sense of alive. 

They want to be a business owner which needs a lot of courage.

Courage is not only gained by positive thinking; that's how they feel stagnant; they are going nowhere.

How can you change this?

First, you need to adopt the success mindset- an empowering belief.

For example,

"All I need is within me now; I am great at trying new things. I'm willing to learn how to succeed. If I learn, then I will earn. I will succeed because I believe I'm worth it etc."

Secondly, do your top 3 values align with your job?

Values are what we truly stand for. They are what we believe is fundamental to our happiness and fulfilment. - TCI-

If you value achievement, personal growth, passion, adventure important, keep a  job in alignment with these values.

If not, that's the reason you do not fall in love with your job.

Take myself, for example; I used to keep a day job doing accounting, which didn't bring me a sense of achievement, personal growth, the passion which are my top 3 values.

So I felt stuck in a rut, now I am being a startup for running a coaching business.

I live life according to my top 3 values, and I feel life is really full though keeping a day job earning more money than running a small business at this stage.

I feel much happier because I value happiness more important than money alone, that's the main reason I quit a day job and pursue my passion.

Therefore, if you want to live a meaningful life, you must set up a goal in alignment with your top 3 values.
