The other day, I just read one article about how to cook eggplants in the summer. So I like to share the recipes about eggplants. Now ,have a big feast!!!

What will you have in mnd at the first rime mentioning the summer.? Right,surely “hot’.the hot sun is roasting the groud, leafy trees can not spare a little wind.even if it is the best scenery, on one wold like to stop in the sun to enjoy. Have a mess of shaved ice,it just does not work, so I would trust into a room with air conditoner, and have some cool and fresh dishes.

With the rising temperature, the seasonal vegetables are sold continuely in the market.eggplants are the one presentative for summer .the rare purple vegetable. It is the the cold food,and have the function of clearing away summerheat.today, the basical reciept “ teriyaki eggplant” can not satisfy our stomache. So Let me introuduce some special recipes about eggplants.

 The first one” mince steaming eggplant” in chinese ,it means “ rou mo zheng qie zi”

Ingrediants

The main ingrediants: two white eggplants

The accessory ingrediants: meat 30gs, green onion ,chicken powder 2gs, yak oil, light soy sauce 8g ,  salt 0.5g,  oli for one spoon,sugar 0.5g,  garlic for two pieces.

Practices

1,prepare the selected ingrediants, chok the meat and then add salt, yak oil, light soy sauce ,sugar, chicken powder into it,just mix them evenly.

2, slash the eggplant for each side, and then sprinkle a little chicken powder

3,sprinkle some garlic mince

4,steam it in the steamer for about 15 minutes

5,pour out the steamed water, and then set out the mince and have it in the steamer for another 5 minutes.

6,sprinkle onion mince

7,pour over light soy sauce

8, pour over the hot oil, then the dish is on the dining table.
