Yesterday, nine shocking deaths and dozens of injuries caused by a man in MiZhi, ShanXI who has been arrested caught public attention. The criminal claimed that the trigger that he committed this grisly delinquency was out of revenge, in that he was being bullied on campuses.

Absurd as it might be, we must admit that it merely reveals a tip of the iceberg of school bullying. In my viewpoint, both personal alertness and judicial interpretation must be imposed on to tackle this issue.

First and foremost, we are supposed to acknowledge that any deliberate act of intimidating or abuse in any form of another person is defined as bullying, which will bring devastating trauma not only to its victims but also on the perpetrator. Provided that not being treated properly, both of them would suffer emotional shatter for the rest of their life, hence mostly end up with tragedies.Moreover, schools and parents should shoulder greater obligation to fight against bullies on campuses. Students are required of knowing there is zero-tolerance toward bullying. This is the red line they should never touch. On top of that, indispensable mental intervention is needed to help the already happened tragedies, to help the victims to establish a new life and to do perpetrator a favor to get to the right track. Last and most important, legislation and judicial intervention will serve as a powerful deterrent for tormentors. If they can't get to the right path, they deserve being punished.

In conclusion, students are the hope of our nation, the future of our nation.Under no circumstances should we impose them on dangers. School bullies must be taken down.
