"Thousands took to the streets of Barcelona on Sunday to oppose independence", that's the tittle of an article in BBC news about Catalonia independence in Spain, but I don't think so, otherwise there weren't be 90% of Catalan vote to leave Spain in the newest referendum.
The first time I knew Catalonia in Spain was in 20013 when I visited Barcelona the first and then only time till now, I talked with a women on the street at Barcelona, she told me she was a Catalonia instead of Spanish, and this confused me , so I asked she" Is Catalonia part of Spain, like a province in China? She said no, we are different, we never see us as a Spanish, we speak Catalonia not Spanish. So, you see, that is the history.
I saw some media said just because of your democracy, so all the West Country should respect and agree Catalonia's referendum, but I don't think so too!!! Don't be like this just because of the ideology!!!
