the washing room can show the culture, really absolutely

recall that in previous company, the space in washing room is very limited, especially lady room, always line up in waiting;

The boss did share with man room, and there is another room seperately which it's used by customer and boss's wife C, there is key;

one time, I'm waiting and C met and pull me hard to use that seperate room, C is very nice and did treat me well;

There is one old aunt in cleaning by twice each day, so even it's small but not bad at least;

Speaking of C, this morning boss did talk with me, in the early morning, he did talk with some coworker,

understanding it well, it's hard to say by one sentence;

Boss is almost 64 years old/19540823, his birthday which be known by one memo pasted on used computer, 

Supposed that it's previous worker to do,

He always felt big pressure once there is not order, in past 2-3 months, this Aug., Sept., Oct., it's so busy, TV08 did place the order by 42000pcs almost, and we should make the shipment ready before CNY holiday 2018, it's very limited; According to the schedule of production, did discuss with customer to make seperate shipment, the amount is almost RMB4,000,000 for the shipment before CNY holiday,

Originally customer did ask to prepare samples by 1pc each, so many different colors each style, it's very boring and one tough task;

we did taste this Sept. for HK watch fair, and we can carry by hands in HK, how come in Basel Swiss;

Through the discussion, customer did agree to have the samples in Feb., which it's no need to prepare seperately if we can finish the shipment before CNY holiday, which it's really great;

During passed 2 months, it's very hard to work, but it's challenge, after shipment, can have the repeated order,

and depending on how fast shipment ready, actually it's big risk as well; All are confirmed the order by 2D color rendering and simple technicial drawing; all are new tooling almost, which meet the taste in Europe and U.A.E well;

So importantly it's to complete those shipment ASAP and get the payment ASAP;

every day is counted, and cannot delay or any accident; but it's really lack of the one who can work in soul and heart;

but except for boss, noboday, which it's at the cost accordingly;

As the building rent were bought and did get the deposit, then it will remove within 5 years,

even boss didnot know how to continue, one he's old, actually it's not elder, he said no interesting anymore and wanna relax instead of mental pressure, had the idea to cultive coworker, but cannot find anyone, L is only one coworker, cannot be the boss, blur...

Z is just so so, lack of full eyesight, blur...

H, his son has tow son, the younger is over one year old now, there are 10 years almost to cultivate, 

boss did plan to cultivate the coworker to be boss and if customer visited, he can have the meeting and getting part of profit from future in his image; and golf is his only interest except working, but now working isnot anymore,

especially we rushed the shipment delivery, etc., really headache; but how to do, others cannot accept except from boss;

It's really blur...

OK, after listening, passed it;

perhaps, the customer will place the order by big qty after holiday, his mood will be recover fine; blur...

It's really different, C and former boss worked in full day starting from 8:30AM to 9:00PM or even more late, 

and they didnot have child, how come their life, no any entertainment or activity in the part time;
