I spent a lot of time learning an English song and I sang it not badly. It would be better to drive others to do actions with me when I was singing. When I stood in front of the interviewers and interviewees, I felt a kind of nervous and managed to introduce myself in English eventually. Because of nervousness, I forget some words.

Unprepared words came to my mind, and I realized it’s hard to express myself freely. That really embarrassed me. I prepared it well in advance but it seemed that I didn’t put my all heart into it.

Next is the process of questioning and answering.

This part made me feel a kind of afraid and I was not confident in my spoken English. Before answering, I seemed to be anxious. At first, I couldn’t understand what she asked and I let her do it again. Actually, that was not difficult and in my beyond. Then she asked : why did you leave your last job?

I said: because my husband is here. If we want to live together, there is one who must give up. So I gave up my job to be here.

I think I should add one point. Another reason is that I really want to jump out of the comfortable zone. The first-tire city can make people more capable and grow up quickly. Even though the house price is so high and there are crowded people everywhere, people who work in the first-tire city don’t flee away.

Besides, the air pollution is so severe that everyone has to wear masks to go out.

For me, I didn’t expect that she would ask my weak strength. I was in panic and never thought about this. Without thinking, I told her I was not good at acting but if I prepared it well in advance, I would do it better.

Then I didn’t talk more about it because I couldn’t think of more right away.

Now I will say: I am lack of creative and often make a plan but fail to plan. For instance, I would like to read 2 books every month and after reading, I need to write an article about it. As a matter of the fact, It took me 3 months to finish 3 books and one review was not written at all.

It’s good to make a plan and I hope to finish it with a strong sense of achievement one day.

At last, I didn’t have a chance to take a written exam.

Compared with them, I am weak in oral English and I didn’t prepare it well before.

Entering the subway, I was still thinking this interview. That company is outstanding and the requirement is also very high. Without getting a position there, I still felt a little lucky to go for a interview. Where I came across serve interviewees, several persons made a deep impression on me.

The pretty girl on my left is very excellent. When she spoke English, all of us were impressed by her elegant London accent. After working, she decided to change herself by going abroad to study. Then she did as she wished.

Another post-90s girl on my right is very affable and easy-going. She is like your neighbor’s girl. Sitting here to wait for the interviewers, she was the first one to talk with others. And her sunshine smile relieve the pressure and make more people begin to talk. Then in a minute, we seemed to be familiar with each other. What's more, she is good at explaining her thoughts in a strict logical way. However, I was so naive, compared with her. I knew what she knew but  failed to be like her. 

Only at this moment did I realize how much silly I am, because I wasted much time improving my oral English and reading books. You reap what you sow.
