keep calm

those days , my mind is in a turmoil , i have many things to do , busy to sleep every night until 12 , and i have get up in 6 o'clock , it is realy a baddly thing , but i know i have to keep myself calm , or i would not finish my work and bad for my health , since i have choose to go far , i will just walk down , the trouble could not defeat a tough man , just keep calm , i would think a good way to solve those problems . i conviction !

- kelly513: it's difficulty in keeping calm anytime, and nobody always can keep calm.Yeah , you are right . but i hope i can keep calm everytime , i am trying . i find one way can keep me calm that eat ice-cream , but sometimes it's not useful .
