My colleague began to lose weight after knowning he was overweight twenty kilograms. First, he changed his big bowl to a small bowl. He eat much less than before. I asked him several times whether he would feel hungry. He told me he didn't have any sense of hunger. I really doubt about it. How could that be? Because I always feel hungry if i don't eat well. Second, he began to get up at six and do jogging for about twenty minutes. A week later, he told me he has lost one kilogram.

I want to lose weight too. But I only said it and didn't take any action. I don't know why I put on weight  little by little year by year. How terrrible it is when I think of this. Actuallly, my weight has influenced my health. So I have made my mind to do more exercxise and eat less. You feel so bad when you can't eat this or that if you are a food-lover. It's also a huge challenge  for me to insinst in getting up early. No matter how hard it is, I have to encourage myself to lose weight for my health.

you should aviod eat any food which includes too much sugars and starches. l am losing weight too, and this method works well.

Maybe you can do exercise with your colleague together. It's better to have a partner to company~

I think the main point is  your motivation of losing weight isn't enough.
If you have enough motivation,I believe you will be successful in the near future.

I think your roommate is a good job because he can take action just as what he had said. It's luck for you to have such a friend like that and If you also want to lose your weight maybe you can ask and jog with your roommate.

yeah, he really did a good job but only last for a month then he quit. I told myself no matter how cold it is, i must keep jogging not for losing weight but keep healthy

   yes,i also do exercise to keep myself healthy,it is a strong sense as to me because my body is not in the excellent shape.i keep jogging in summer and in winter as it is too cold i will do Square dance in my dormitory,you can have a try too.and as your roommate quit it,maybe you can find another one to join you.
