I'd like recalling the past. It does give me the moment to know what happened and what I can do in the next step. If I do not do that, I am going to be lost and having no idea where I should head to.

Sometimes we just assume that we have a good memory. On the contrary, we cannot totally remember all things in the past, then we are easy to fail in overconfidence.

An effective way is to write down what we meet and what we feel. Years later, at a certain moment, it can be the record to let us realize what we had underwent. After all, a pen is better and a good memory.

The fact is we cannot eradicate the history, only can we do is to remember it and try the best to avoid making the same mistakes again. On some extent, we are living in the world of mind and orders from our brains direct our bodies to act.

Thus I sense it a must to do the right things otherwise I am to be deviated in the distortion.
