On regular basis I exercise to build up stamina and hold on strength to have a stable condition so that I can work efficiently and energetically.
Easier said than done, isn't it? Absolutely right, without will and self discipline, it hardly recalls me to follow the daily routine. But I am enjoying that status and counting it as a self training course throughout life.
Spring festival is around the corner. In the new year I am hoping to better myself. In the past year, I learn and grow. Not only for English, but also much more knowledge that I gained, I am still rowing though and looking for a shore that I can rest for a while. Then go on.
Directly from workout, the secretion of dopamine and endorphin remains me active and productive. Reading and meditation are just helping me cool in mind which is the spiritual level I access myself to train.
Both Chinese and English books are well for me to read. Books when it comes to choosing should be in line with different ages. Some books not easy to read can be worthy of trying right now. Comparably it is an economy activity to enrich mind, won't cost too much money.
Meditation is another training to purify mind and enhance wit, meanwhile it does not occupy too much space. I can do it almost at anywhere. When I am listening to chirps of birds, when I am sitting on the chair, when I am even doing the running, etc., I can focus on myself to ponder, calculate and calm.
To be healthy and sane, to be smart and swift, everyday I deduct unnecessary trash from mind and clean up a peaceful room to harden inner mind.
