In such a female weekend,the Wemen’s Day of March,it should be a cosy warm sunny daytime in the early spring of north China,while it became so more hazed days now,the sun invisible in sky,accordingly no bright warmth,moreover,slight raining outdoors,overlooking from my windows,foggy and heavily hazed with white air and gray sky afar. 

“It seems we can’t go out today,I can’t accompany your shopping hunt,then what do you wana do in your day?”Hubby questioned.Stared him for a second, “do myself,made me a tender decent female,immediately,you just wait,I will try my best in my kitchen firstly,to make my purple potato pancakes as Jenny’s telling.” “The sun rises from the west. ”sneered from his nose,distrusted and suspected with his all-out cells.

Then began my cooking procedure:washing the small purple potatoes,let them clean,steamed cooked,mixed the flour and white glutinous rice flour,packed the purple potatoes indide,knead into round pancakes,placed onto the electric pan,toasted,half an hour later,then the delicious purple potato pancakes were ready.

My frist creation in my kitchen,no matter what alike it looks,but it tastes nice,in addition,nutritious,beneficial to health as Jenny’s words.As long as we dare start a good try endeavor,some fruits will appear,at least a little bit.Eatting is also another rich and colorful field,especially for females,or maybe we can make it sort of artistic.
