maybe i should set another goals,i always wanna take job in a big Co.,so i'll get a promotion on my spoken English. However, i got a job in Panasonic,a place where far away from English. Maybe i should learn another language.but i like English.

- could i ask you a question? is it that in order to earn money you learn english ? in fact, we know, it is used widely around the world. to learn english is important , isn't it? so you can't think so "just use english to earn money" you can use it to live. of course ,if you have a chance to use english to work, it is the best ,if not. you can do your best to change it. let it meet your need.

- I think english and japanese are both important for us ,the best way is you learn english in your spare time and japanese in your working time .

- I work for a company making deal with japanese, but I insist on denying studying japanese, although salary can be increased with the ability of japanese. anyway, I hate japanese.

And in my opinion there is no clash between your working lannguage and your favorate language , the reason is that English has become an international language second only to Chinese. it will be widely used in future not only as working needs but also as living needs. So just go on your English study .
