Today the work is very busy,because have a underling ask for leave one day for see he girlfriend go to hometown,Althought has been busy for one day ,but the mood is also good,because last week our quality goal has attained,In the afternoon manager give me to assign a  new job manegermet region,I was going to manage with more work projects,perhaps for me this was a very good growth opportunity,Now dose  not want to think weather i can competent this job.First i should thanks maneger to my trust ,I felt that is proud,this is a good opprortunity for  exercise my managment capacity .
