Today, I met a rude customer online. He wanna copy the brand cuckoo rice cooker. As I used this hot searching words as our goods title, then he can find me and send the message. When he knew we cannot help him do this brand. He was angry. He asked me why I writted this words under the goods, we have no right to do that. I replied to him "If the brand cuckoo is not your own brand, why you can copy it". He thought my this question is silly, he said now many Chinese factory are doing the copy brand and our country can accept this. And he told me he already found the factory who can help him to do the copy brand. At last, he said I don't understand the business so well. I feel so bad to have this talk with he.
What is business? Maybe I am not very good at it. In my mind, business is the buyer wants to buy and the seller wants to sell. The sentence also could be see on the sales contract. I don't know why he would so angry with me for using the <cuckoo rice cooker> as my products title name. Why he can copy others brand, then I cannot write this hot searching words as my goods title? By now, I even don't he is a man or a woman, a Chinese or foreigner. We are just the stranger, and seems we are doing the same thing. I don't think my question is silly, howover, i think he is a big fool, such like the angry bird.
Finnally, I said “Good luck for you” to over our talking, i never want to talk with this guy any more. No matter i maybe miss a large order.

- he is just the drastic man who want to grow his business but won`t sacrifice his time and hardworking on the innovation. So that makes him become not a excellent businessman without a great view. You just do the right thing you are supposed to do.

- Actually you were doing all right. At some time we are easily getting lost what we want. The pursuit of commercial as the means to gain a higher and productive consequence we are dreaming of, but do not go over the line, as anything has its rules, thus, hold on your faith and principles which is very important in business.
