I feel so bad because of my poor spoken english and listening

Today, I received one of my customer phone call, but unfortuntly, I don't who is him. I just heard he was find me, and he said he has ordered my rice cooker. I just got this information from, but I just don't know who is him. I thought he should be the Iran customer, because I only got the order from this customer, but we never talk by phone, we just talked by email and qq. I don't why he would call me. 
I really feel bad of my poor english. Is there a way can help me improve the spoken english and listening? I do need help from whose spoken english is very well. 
There is other Canada customer will come to visit our factory, and in my factory, there is me can speak english, i am afraid i can't hanle it. What should I do? Moreover, my boss would like to participate in the canton fair with me in the middle of April. Oh, I feel I have a lot of pressure.
Busy day, but seems I just done a few works.

take it easy, it is normal stressed when we suddenly answer the phone without knowing where it is from, also it will enhance the language communication difficulty level. Just focus on the content and organize your mind to calm down.

The oral english have to be practiced day by day,we can't make a big improvement shortly. if you don't mind you can enroll  a course on 51talk to test your oral english level, i think it's quite suitable for me when i experienced it by chance.  Good luck!

there is no efficient method to improve spoken English in a short time, whie a proper way to practise is needed, you have to find out what is your weakness in spoken English, and then try to corret it and then improve it.

Yes, i was used the 51talk to test my english, and have two free course with their foreight teacher, but i think the english they teached for me is so easy, and we just learn online, sometime the network is bad, i am not sure it is good way to learn english.

   i think the first thing you can do is to rent an interpreter to help you pass the urgent time.and then as to improve your listenning and speaking English,i can give you some advice.my listenning is poor but speaking is better than that,so if you want to improve your speaking english,you first need to take it easy,don't always think about that your oral english is poor but regard it as a simple conversation,using all the word you know to express your ideas,and also you can recite the words which usually using in common conversation or in the specific commercial talk.

You seem to be really in some sort of trouble. There is no way that you can be fluent in English is such a short time. However, don't be so worried. You don't have to be fluent. So long as you can understand the customer and let him understand you, then you should be fine. Try to remember the common commercial words. That is not too hard to remember. I have seen some time very weak in English but manage to talk to the customer using regular trade talk. Customer would not mind if you are weak in English. Just be pleasant and nice.
