quit job one by one

since coming present company last year, many people are continuely away . May i will ever feel a bit sad .with time past, i have been accustomed to face the situation. my heart does not feel upset no longer. because i know, that is a extremly usual things nowadays. in the future, i will also leave my present company, recent occupation as them.
why they quit their job one by one? i think that some maybe feel their wages couldn't support their daily expense. so, they have to leave for more money. others deem that company couldn't provide more study opportunity and neccesary promotion room. in order to their ambition, they make the same decision without hesitation. however , many fired people exist.
i hope that i will quit my job as a result of opportunity and career promotion hereafter.

- why quit their current job? surely a facing question. different clerks hold different viewpoints ,and different clerks has different reasons,though money is the main aspect to most of them. whether must quit and when quit please think more, because different people's desire is different actually.

- My colleagues have gone away continuely since i came here last year. I felt a bit sad sometimes, but i started to understand and get accustomed to face the situation when it happend time and time. Maybe others would consider this as usual. Maybe i would quit my current job and find another one, and who cares?

- but being a master need many years, i could't stand it. even i stay with my boss and his company all my life, finally he remain my boss .if i would spend too much time struggling in current company to being a master merely, i feel my youth will escape.
