I joined new company three days, but i regret it.
My livelihood was become busy after my little son was born in October last year. and it will take me one and half an hour to go to the location of my last company. so i decided change a job which near my home. I received the offer on September 10th. and on board one month later.
However, the terrible work environment make me depressed. 15 persons crowed in a 30 square meters of meeting room. everyone take the space of only one notebook on conference table. and all other workmates all men.
I don't know how to choose? should I stay here to get used to everything, continue to look for a new job or go back last company? could you give me suggestions?

- Changing from one job to another is always full of risks and surprises. Every company has its own up and downside. Sometimes we have to change jobs to get better working conditions and higher pay but sometimes the result is disappointing. It is not easy to get too information about a new job because bosses would think you are choosy. Anyway, You did not do anything wrong by changing jobs because there is a real need to change.
Now, it appears you both jobs have it's disadvantages. It is very hard to spend one and half hours going to work everyday. Unfortunately, your new job is even worse. The company is crazy crowd so many people into a small work space, especially for a girl among men.
Since you have left your previous company and in this new company already. stay on for a while to see what happens and meanwhile look for another suitable job. If you cannot find a suitable new job, then think about going back to your last company because you know that company. Hope you can solve your problem soon.

- Now that you are in the new company, just stay for a while to see if you can go on with work there. If there are chances you can find a better job as what you want, you can skip to the new one.
There is no perfection. Only can we do is to try becoming better. Good luck.

- Well, what kind of response is yours? It is not funny and appears dumb. How is it possible to explain to you with only a few words. If you don't expect proper response, why write blogs here? You can also mark your blog that you don't want response.

- Thank you for your sincere advance. I got some information from my project manager in last Friday: we are work at client side, and the computer environment for work couldn't be created on our own company. the good news is that company is trying to negotiate and create a computer environment in their own company. and maybe it will come true around Spring Festival. So i will plan for this after Spring Festival.

- thank u. i am work in client side. all thing is judged by whether the project moved back to our own company in three months. so i will plan for this after Spring Festival.
