This happened two weeks ago. On the saterday morning,i was a little bit late to work, actually i got up at 6.00 in the morning every day, i dressed up and prepared my son 's breakfast, got all his bottles and cups boiled, it's already 7:10,so i ran to the bus station without haveing my breakfast.
The bus ususlly arrives at 7：20, and it takes me more than 40 minutes to the railway station, then another 40 minutes to my office. Both the bus and subway were so crowded that I stood all my way. When i arrived,some of my coworkers were not in office, since saterday is not as busy as other working days, we sometimes will go out for breakfast. Waited for a while, my colleague still not appear in front of his computer, i need his data, waited and waited, finally ran out of my patient. i decided to have something to eat too.
Went downstairs,i had a bowl of rice noodles in the supermarket opposite to my office. I was about to went down the stairs, my stomach cramps, suddenly i could not breath. I moved to the roadside want to have a rest, but my stomach hurts badly, i can see my hands were pale and bloodless, then i lost my mind and lied there.
Maybe about 10minutes later, l heard some one was talking,some one said got some hot water for me, but i could hardlly open my eyes, i only know it was a lady who hold my head and let me drink all the hot water in the cup, then i felt a little comfortable in my stomach. Later i opened my eyes,and an elder lady asked me where i worked,but i have no strength to speak,i just unlock my cellphone and called my office，the lady explained to my colleague what happened on me.
When my colleagues came, i have got my mind back. I was surrounded by lots of people that i didn't know. My colleagues supported me back to office that I even didn't say a single world to those who had helped me. All my clothes were wet by my sweat when I stroke. My boss ask one of my colleagues to send me to hospital, but i didn't fell uncomfortable anymore, so he driven me back at home.
On monday, i went to the place where i fainted, but got nothing, not even a clue that who helped me. Here i just want to say thank you from my heart, thanks for caring me. Wish all of you a good day and a happy life!

- You must be on the intense life. You have to work hard in the hope of taking care of your injured brother. Meanwhile, you have to take care of your kid. You got your own family. That is what you have to struggle for the life by working hard to support the beloved ones. Do not so hard on yourself, take it easy. Otherwise, you can not take care of others if you got sick.
May you are to be well. If possible, spend some time doing physical exercises. A small walk or jog, or just a ten-minute yoga would be beneficial for your health.
