It is essential to have physical exercise to sustain good health and a fit body. I think those people who workout regularly, they look extremely attractive. I used to exercise every day, but I got so caught up in life that I sometimes neglected it. Winter is my least favorite season, I feel sluggish and lethargic, and I feel like I want to hibernate too. I can’t wait for the summer to come, as we go hiking, boating or explore new trails every weekend. We get plenty of exercise in during summertime.

So far, we have the most snow today, it was almost a foot. I was so exhilarated that I could finally get some real workout done. I took the shovel and outside I went. I shoveled the front porch, and about half of the driveway, then my kind neighbor came to bail me out with his snow plow.  

When I have time, I like shoveling snow, it allows me to use all my strength and I am able to have a really good workout. It was not bad today, I shoveled 40 minutes, and I enjoyed the sweating profusely part a lot. Afterwards, a nice hot shower, it’s just heavenly. I don’t mind to have a workout like this every day.
