I joined the company in May, Tina was fired by the company because she would not do the perchasing work. The boss said that the company is samll one so everyone should do more work.
Tina was unhappy when she knew that I was goging to replace her. At the beginning she added me as her friend by qq just for the sake of work, however she deleted my qq after she left the company so that I could not contact with her in the coming days.
Tina did few jobs in half and a month, everything is in mess, the payroll she did was even wrong and I had to revise it.
I have been working for this company for tow month, I knew that many staff like Tina was fired last year?Guess how many? More than 20 staff, I can’t imagine the situation.

- Such kind of a situation happens, particularly in a small or medium company. The boss does not hire someone to do few things. Actually an employee realises his or her value by creating much more achievements that the boss will be content to pay.
In a small company, a boss needs staff to be versatile and meanwhile diligent. Unlike working in a big company, usually,it has not that sound structure of organisation. While, it does enhance and improve one's ability to be more adequate.
That girl deleted your QQ shows her has no connection between you two anymore. So, just let it go. She left a bunch of mess, you got a lot to take over the job. But I believe you can handle it well.

- To tell you the truth, our factory is trying to fired some office workers, and recently , several guys leave our company, the business is not well for these two months. The boss think no need to so many people, they asked someone to leave ,in order to save the labor cost. Who is the next one to leave ?
