Introduction

The report aims to consider current environmental situation in our school and recommend solutions to deal with the used textbook in an effecting method in order to establish a green compus .

Findings

First ,many senior students used to throw their textbooks or sell it in a low price to a reclamation depot after graduation , most of their books are still in a good situation or even no pen marks on it . Or they sent the books home but seldom read them . And many students who will graduates are tend to  deal with the books in the same way as those graduates . It is a waste of money and energy .

Second , every year , many students spend a lot of money on the textbooks and some reference books for preparing the exams , among most of the books are same as the the used one . What a big waste of money , especially for those who is not rich in finance , it will be a burden for their family .

Third , it cost a lot of energy and money to produce books . As we all know the books are made of trees . We can calculate how many trees will be cut each year to prodce the books .

Conclusion

It is clear that not dealing with the used textbooks in a wise way is a tremendous waste both in money and energy , which is a osbtacle in the way of establishing a green compus and environmental seciety .

Recommendations

1 ) It is recommended that we let most students to be aware of the waste and the benefit of recycling used-textbooks and call for students to donate their books after the finish the courses .

2 ) An agent , which is take charge in  recycling books should be found as soon as possible .
